The popcorn was fresh and the drinks were nice and cold. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I can’t say it didn’t taste good overall.

I went to see a movie and the auditorium temperature was perfect. I was expecting it to be freezing like it usually is in theaters, or maybe too warm, but no, it was actually really comfortable the whole time. I know it sounds like a small thing, well, I guess it is a small thing, but it made watching the movie so much more enjoyable

I had to cancel my tickets and thought it would be straightforward, but dealing with the refund/exchange process on Metropolitan Theatres ended up being kind of a headache.

The site didn’t really explain the options clearly, so I kept clicking around and going back and forth trying to figure out what I was actually allowed to do. I did email customer support, but the replies were slow and felt like they were written by robots answering emails instead of a real person actually reading what I asked.
To be fair, I did get it sorted out eventually, but it took way more effort and patience than it should have. They really need to make the refund section clearer and have support respond in a more helpful, human way...

I bought the tickets on my phone and got in with no problem. Didn’t have to print anything out, which was nice. The site was kinda slow loading at first, but overal it was simple enough and worked fine.

I booked my tickets online in just a few minutes, and the payment went through without any trouble. Everything was straightforward, if that makes sense. No issues at all.

The seats were clean for the most part, so I was happy with it.

Booking the tickets was easy enough, no complaints there. But the prices? Give me a break. By the time the fees were added on, it felt way too expensive for just a regular movie night. I’d go more often if it didn’t cost so much

I actually like this theater, but the website can be frustrating. The weird part is that the showtimes are either missing or only listed for like the next day, so it’s hard to plan anything ahead of time. I even had to call once just to ask what was playing. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it definitely gets annoying.

The lobby felt a little packed when I got there, and the seats were okay, just a bit worn in places. Sound and picture were solid enough, so no complaints there. The wheelchair spots were easy to find, which was a Big relief. Staff jumped in quick to help too, so overall it went well. It could’ve been a bit smoother, but I appreciated the support.

I was going to be annoyed when we got there because the line looked long, but actually it moved quicker than I expected. I’d give it 4 stars since the wait wasn’t bad overall. Snacks took maybe 10 minutes, which was fine. The staff seemed slammed, but they kept things moving. they could probably use one more person at the counter on weekends.

I’ve checked a few times, maybe since last month or the month before, and the selection still feels really limited. I keep hoping to find some smaller indie films, but it’s usually just the same big-name movies popping up over and over. Gets old fast.

After about an hour my back was already bothering me, and I’m sitting there like, come on now, I’m just trying to enjoy a movie. The sound and the movie itself were fine, but the seating definitely needs work. Not the best experience overall.

The movie itself was fine, I mean I enjoyed parts of it, but the sound was a little all over the place. Some scenes got way too loud and then, like halfway through a quieter moment, I’d suddenly realize I could barely hear what people were saying. Not awful or anything, just felt like it needed a bit more balance.

We’ve taken the kids to Metro Theatres a few times now, it’s been easy each time. The staff seem nice, the seats are comfortable, and the place feels clean without feeling overly fancy or anything. I’m not sure if it’s just been good timing, but it hasn’t felt stressful bringing the kids there, even with the usual snack requests and bathroom breaks. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place for a family movie night.
